QuestionI am a 28 year old female. I am 5'5 and weigh 135 lbs. I have a "tire" around my waist. From right below my belly button to 2-3 inches below it I have a band of fat that wraps around to my back (love handles and muffin top). What is the quickest, easiest way to get rid of this through diet and exercise. Is it possible to be rid of this weight by the summer? I'd like to loose about 10 lbs. Thanks for the help.
AnswerHi Lynne,
Your question is probably one of the most common- how to lose the stomach fat.
I'll be totally open with you: it is not easy. If it were nobody would be searching for the answer.
It takes focused and consistent exercise and daily good eating habits. Then it is down to your own body chemistry, as to how quickly, and from where, the fat will burn off.
You need to incorporate weights in the exercises you do and eat lean, high protein foods (obviously cutting down on fatty and sugary substances/wheat/dairy/potatoes and sauces/dressings).
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day will give a great foundation to work on.
Your first step is to understand the nutritional input required every day to get your body into a 'fat burning' cycle.Feel free to use my site below for whatever info you require- it's all free:-)
In my experience, as a wellness coach, it is an understanding of what has gone on in the months and years previous to the fat appearing, that is crucial. That is why I ask the questions on my site and not just launch into a solution.
Be wary of anyone who gives you an answer without understanding you first.
