QuestionHello, thank you for your time. I have a trip to Las Vegas for my 23rd birthday on June 19. I currently weight 170lbs and am 5'2'' I would love to lose 30+ lbs by then. I go to the gym every other day. I still dont know what exactly to do. I work everyday from 7-3 so its hard to keep moving.

The trick is to understand the types of food you eat regularly and in what portion size.
Essentially, you should have protein from lean meat/fish/chicken and veg. Reduce pasta/wheat/potatoes to a minimum. Also, the small things like sauces and dressings add up when you have them daily.
