QuestionHi: I didn't know what topic to go to for help. So, maybe you can help me. I just turned 30 and all of a sudden, I am having digestion problems. I am already lactose intolerant, but it now appears that I am sensitive to fiber and whole wheat. My symptoms are bloated stomach, discomfort feeling in stomach and light headache. I am at a crossroads because I strive to eat healthy by eating whole grains foods and fiber, but now my body is sensitive to it. What could be the problem? Like I stated earlier, this just recently started to come about. I also found out that some of my other family members have the same issues, but don't know exactly what it is. Do you have any ideas? Thanks.

AnswerHi Delicia,
You might want to give your digestion system a little break going to a low carb plan for a while. The symptoms like yours are often reported by my customers and they usually disappear within a week or two. Since the program doesn't cost you anything, why wouldn't you try it? It's at bantadiet.com
Please note however, that should you decide to choose this plan, you must omit the fiber supplements part of it.
Please feel free contacting me with any further questions,
