QuestionI feel like i have run into a wall!! i cannot stay motivated to lose weight. I have gained about 20 unwanted pounds and really want to lose it. Please help guys! I just need advice on what i should do. My goal is to lose weight and be healthy. There are alot of health problems in my family and it scares me. Thanks and God bless! :)
