QuestionOk, My name is Ashly.Im 18, About 116 Lb and im 5'3.I have been taking kickboxing for about 3 years now.My bodies fine, But i cant seem to get rid of my "love handles" as you would call them.I exercise all the time.But they just wont go away.
AnswerWomen tend to store fat in their hips and buttocks. For guys it's the belly area. It's the first place fat goes on, and the last place it comes off... it's genetic. You can't spot-reduce fat either... the only way to get that fat off of there is to BURN it off with lots of cardio. Make sure your diet is CLEAN (no junk food or alcohol) and make sure you're burning more calories every day than you're taking in. Eventually, those love handles will disappear if you're disciplined enough.
DONT starve yourself though. If you're not getting enough calories, your body will think its starving and actually HOLD ON to that fat. Make sure you're getting the right diet, like I list on my web page... healthy lean proteins, vegetables, whole-grain carbs, and small amounts of good fats like olive oil.
