QUESTION: i know i might of ask you this before but i was wonder if i eat 20 carbs a day only will i be able to lose 30 pounds by june 27 my 21 birthday. or what if i eat only 800 calorie

ANSWER: Tiffany, weight-loss is SO much more than JUST counting calories or carbs. You need to:

1. Eat the correct amount of food (calories)
2. Eat the right kinds of food (protein, carbs, fats)
3. Exercise (both cardio and strength training)
4. Drink lots of water

I can't answer your question because weight loss different for everybody. If you're doing everything right, HEALTHY weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Once again... healthy weight loss is about a pound or two a day, and it's completely dependant upon YOUR UNIQUE physiology. I can't answer that question for YOU. You'll have to try it and see.

I know that *I* am VERY carb-sensitive. I have to do a LOT of cardio to offset eating things like pasta or pizza. Losing 30 pounds by June 27 is going to be HARD to do for anyone. That's only about 8 weeks.
