Questionhello,i just gave birth to a baby, i have to loose 40 pounds.i am very worried as i cant even get out and go to a gym,how do i achieve my goal. i am havin sleepless nights thinkin about it.kindly please help.
AnswerNazia, take it slow. Giving birth is a traumatic experience for your body. Don't rush into things. Start by doing some walking, and then slowly increase the activity. Don't worry, those pounds will come off. Eat right (for you and your baby) and exercise as much as you feel like... and you'll be fine.
