I have been on Jenny Craig for 8 weeks. I have not cheated...until yesterday. It was my 29th birthday (again) and I went off of my program. Boy did I go off of it. It was a serious binge from nachos to chocolate chip muffins to Burger King. By the end of the day, I was doubled over in pain, nauseated and completely miserable. My friend, who is a body builder, said that it is common for body builders to binge once in awhile to boost their metabolism. Is this possible? I hate to think that one day completely ruined my dieting, since I've lost 15 pounds the healthy, non-fad diet way. Thank you.
AnswerYou're fine. One day isn't going to kill you. Get back on the horse and you'll be fine. It's what you do 90% of the time that makes your physique... not the one day a month you allow yourself to binge. It's bad eating habits on a DAILY BASIS that make you fat.
