Question my daughter is an active twelve year old who plays rep basketball and trains twice a week. She eats extremely well (lots of fruit and veggies) but eats adult size meals. Shes 165cm in height and weighs 65. Her love of basketball means that she needs to loose 10kg to increase her speed and fitness. How do we achieve this?
AnswerHi Ange,
At age 12 you really do not want to be messing about with diets- especially if your daughter is not obese.
My strong suggestion is to supplement her best eating habits with a high quality nutrition shakes. This will increase the energy; give valuable nutrients; and result in more fat loss. But all without the worry of ever going too far.
Our products have been used by many sports professionals so would be ideal for your daughter.
Failing that, stick to plenty of lean protein with veg and water.
All the best
