QuestionHi Richard. I am 28 years old, 5'10" and 210 lbs. I want to loose 20 - 25 lbs. I was pretty active in high school with football and track, but over the last 10 yrs, I have really not done any true exercising and have not kept up a great diet. Therefore, now I am seeing the results of it. I am also a smoker (really trying to quit) and I can tell that it has suppressed my appetite, therefore I eat only once or twice a day. I know thats really bad.
My problem areas are my stomach and chest. My stomach, or gut, is way too big for my build. Some size 36 pats are too tight and some size 38 pants are just a little too loose. They look baggy on me. Even though my waist is a 36 or 38, no matter what size I have on, my belly stick out way over my belt and I am very embarrassed now. As far as my chest goes, it's starting to look flabby and not defined. Even in high school, I was very lean but never was happy with my chest. I could never get it defined and bulked up. Not that I am overweight, it just look undefined AND flabby.
GOALS:
昄oose 25lbs overall
昅ake my bulging belly FLAT (I really don't know how "flat" it will get) with a defined six pack.
旼et a WELL DEFINED chest and bulky hard pecks.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
