Hi, I am 45 years old and have to lose +- 34 kg. I am on a high protein diet and gym 2 hours a day. Will i be able to lose the weight?

Well, depending on how much you currently weigh, I would say YES, you should be able to lose the weight. I lost 180 pounds in about 1.5 years... so anyone can do it.
