Questionwell im 17 im turning 18 in a few weeks and im 287 im about 6'3 what kinda of exercise should i do and what type of diet should i go on i need to loose about 110 pounds and i dont know if i can do it btw i dont eat breakfast or lunch much i eat dinner and thats about it

I think I can suggest the diet you need, it even has a plan called 'skipping breakfast' and, though it's a no-no for most dietitians, it's currently discussed inside scientific community with promising results.
