GOT MILK? GOT SNOT!!!
Have you ever seen a bull suckling milk
from a cow? No? Hum, wonder why? Could it
be that cow抯 milk is meant for calves? Humans
mother抯 milk is meant to be our first food
because it provides us with our introduction to
food. Human breast milk is easily absorbed and
digested by humans. Breast milk also builds our
defense system with our mother抯 antibodies.
If you have never seen a grown cow or bull
nuzzling a nursing cow for milk, you would
conclude that it is the natural path of mammals
to nurse when newborn and then be weaned
when the mammal is ready to consume food
from nature. Why do we assume humans to
be different? Well, there is a nifty thing called
the Meat and Dairy Association who were so
thoughtful that they provided all the schools
in the US with the four food group charts.
Americans were raised to believe that chart was
a scientific truth, when in fact they were nothing
but advertisements for their products. We now
have the pyramid chart that is a pretty good but
perhaps not a perfect food chart.
Not to be jilted from their customary
profits, those clever people of the Meat and
Dairy Association have hired even more clever
ad people who have come up with those cool
milk mustaches. The whole selling point of cow抯
milk is to provide the kiddies and adults with
calcium. Let抯 look at the the base of this fraud.
Cow抯 milk is for calves, it was never meant to be
consumed by humans, hence many people抯 mucous throughout our entire body. I don抰 drink
milk but I do on occasion eat cream cheese or a
little cheese. Right after consuming milk products
my throat is coated in mucous. Imagine what
a steady diet of milk products would do to you
digestive tract? Makes for pretty sticky business
and a great breeding ground for colds and flus.
Hence I say ?揋ot milk? You got snot!?br>
But you say what about calcium? Yes, you
do need lot抯 of calcium but you need to get it
the way nature intended you to. Humans absorb
calcium from natural sources such as leafy green
vegetables like broccoli, kale and spinach. Yes,
love your bones by loving broccoli.
