QuestionI am trying to find a list of foods - fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains mostly - that contain the minerals calcium, potassium, and magnesium. I am checking to see if you have any suggestions on where I might look for this type of information on the internet - or how to go about searching it out.
AnswerWow... I don't know of any off the top of my head, but I know bananas are real high in potassium, and of course dairy products are high in calcium.
