Question
What kind of foods can i eat that help me lose fat but put on muscle. I am starting my new season in rugby but ive been ill and seem to put alot fat on and lost alot of muscle. Im now training but need to lose the fat quick. I will do anything!!

Hi Ian,

Lots of fresh produce, raw fruits and raw or slightly cooked vegetables. Go for whole grains, no refined sugar or refined flour. Raw nuts are also good. You want real food, cooked once, not reheated flavored packing material. Eat often, don't go around hungry, it lowers the metabolism. Lots of plain water. more info at www.premiumfuel.com
