Trying to get a good plan for my daughter who is extremely conscious about what she eats.

Hi Pauline,

Most Asian foods are low in calories because we don't use butter and creamy sauces. Stir fry meat & vegetables with rice is very low in fat & calories. Asian style soup is also very low in calories. Eat fruits every day. Stay away or limit the caloric drinks, stay active for 30-60 minutes/day and the girl will stay slim for life.
