But i am still hungry all the time and addictied to chocolate. can you help me?
AnswerHi Shannan,
I heard that "eat less, move more" from a doctor, while I stared at the buttons he were bursting. The notion that 3,500 calories = a pound of fat is written in stone is not true, we have been proving that for decades.
Becarefull with sugar free choclates, some give extreme bowel problems, gave me hives.
No body is too fat from eating too much fresh fruit. Same for raw or slightly cooked non-starchy vegetables. Folks do stay fat from eating too little - it lowers the metabolism, so don't go aroung hungry. Pack a few RAW nuts to go with all the fruit and green pepper sticks you can carry.
Go for some motion that gets you brathing hard for a total of at least 30 minutes a day. Total means 5 minutes here, 12 minutes there, climbing stairs, walking briskly, dance around, or something more fun when you think of it. Some call it exercise, I prefer the term Play.
Carefull with the phoney food - low fat mayo is probably a waste. Use the real stuff, just a little. Diet sodas stimulate your appetite... more info at www.premiumfuel.com
