QuestionI am a 42 year old female that was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis about 4 years ago, this 4 years was a living hell. I am now taking Levoxyl for this condition. I had lost 100 pounds which took me about 4 years to do (on my own) with diet and exercise and then started gaining weight and inches steadily even while dieting and exercising daily. I have gained back 20 pounds within the last 2 years and am scared to death that it won't stop. I am following a 1200 to 1300 calorie a day diet with plenty of protein and good carbs along with doing cardio 3 days a week and weights 3 days a week. I am hoping you can give me some insight into what I'm doing wrong. I followed quite a few different calorie plans (1200, 1300, 1400, 1500) with no luck. Can you PLEASE give me some advise?
AnswerHello Michelle!
Thank you for your nutrition question. It sounds like you are following a healthy eating plan because it includes plenty of protein and carbohydrates. However, I do know of an excellent product called "Bioslim" that can help you with your weight loss goals. Bioslim is a healthy fiber drink that you would take before lunch and dinner. It assists your body in burning fat more efficiently which will help you lose the extra inches. I have seen excellent results with people using this product. You can see what others have to say about Bioslim at my website www.planetyorgos.com
You can purchase Bioslim or learn more about it at my website www.planetyorgos.com When ordering use provider #104324201
