QuestionI am having trouble losing weight. I had my fourth child 11 months ago and have not been able to budge past 159.
After my 3rd child I lost about 20 pounds in a healthy time period (3 months) by eating better and smaller portions and doing the treadmill and weight training 5-6 days a week.
I am currently preparing for a triathlon and am exercising nearly everyday. I walk on the treadmill at a 4 and incline at 4, for 45 minutes and then weight train alternating upper and lower body 3 days a week. The other mornings I am swimming, and at least 2 evenings I am biking several miles. I am eating healthy and eating healthy portions. I am really frustrated that I am not losing any weight. Especially since I am exercising and eating right. I've lost the weight before (last baby). Why is it not happening for me this time? I'm trying to figure out what I need to be eating while I am doing this training so that I can lose the weight. Can you help? I am willing to give a more details on what exactly I am eating if that helps.
AnswerHello Lindsay!
Thank you for your nutrition question. It sounds like you have an excellent exercise program going. You can email me what you are eating at

I would also recommend that you check out my website www.planetyorgos where you can order a fiber drink called "Bioslim" which can help you meet your weight loss goals. YOu just add a packet to your favorite drink 10 minutes before eating lunch and dinner. Bioslim is something you do with your body. You抮e gradually training your body to burn fat, not store it. Most users of Bioslim begin 揻eeling better?within days, and report that a reduction in size starts less than 30 days later.
