QuestionI've heard that i should eat Wheat Germ because it's healthy. i also heard that i should eat Whole Grain Wheat Bread because it's healthy. is there a difference between the two? if i'm already including Wheat Germ in my diet, is there any reason to also eat Whole Grain Wheat Bread?
