QuestionHello. I have just turned 17 and am trying to prepare for another rugby season. Last year i suffered a lack of gameplay due to a team which basically did not have the numbers. This season i am hoping to join a team which which allow me to play more rugby and to a better standard but despite training regularly i have gained weight and this has compromised my fitness. i am 6ft 1 and weigh about 16 stone. i would like to know if you could give me any advice about what i should be eating and what is the best way to get fitter as i have not had much experience of nutrition and diet. i am joining a gym and training two or three times a week. What could you suggest?
