QuestionAll my life Ive had ups and downs with weight...If I had to pick a weight that Ive had for the most part it would be between 140 lbs and 150 lbs. The problem is Im not satisfied with my body. Im barely 5'2". And I know that 140 lbs is too much for someone my height. Right now Im at a heavy point of about 165 lbs. I wanted to know what are some exercises to lose midsection fat because thats where all my fat seems to be. I have good muscular thin legs and good arms. Although I'd like to tone my arms up as well. My main concern is my stomach, love handles, and back. If you could give me some advice I'd greatly appreciate it. And do you have any suggestions to eating habits?? I hear so many different things in terms of eating right. Im not sure what to follow. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
