Question
I am 21 years old and a big build of six feet two inches. In about 1 year I have worked hard to loose weight and have gone from 275 down to 195. I feel great and people say they do not recognize me any more. My parents along with other people feel I should stop loosing any more weight. I have it stuck in my head that I will gain it back and continue to diet in order to loose the little bit of stomach i have left. Is there something wrong with me or doing this?

Just to add some more info. I work 10 hours a day of high physical labor eat extremely healthy, but take in probably less then 1700 calories a day. Then I come home and run every night for about 3-5 miles.

Answer
Don't overdo it. Your body WILL start to fight back eventually. If you get TOO thin, your body will retain fat because it thinks you're starving. I would recommend slowing down your web loss a little. 195 is a good weight if you're at least 5'10".

Losing that last little bit of belly fat is HARD to do. Getting a six-pack is not as easy as you think.
