Im 5'3, 175 lbs, and 16 years old. I would like to lose 20 lbs before the school year starts. How will I go about doing that and how can I keep the weight off?

Answer
At your height and weight, losing 20 pounds is a SIGNIFICANT drop. If you eat right and exercise you can probably drop 3 to 5 pounds within a week or two, and then another pound or two a week for the next several weeks. You could probably drop 10 pounds before school starts... but 20 is stretching it.
