water,yougurt,milk,potato,... should be avoided?
many thanks in advance for your support.
ANSWER: Dear Mehdi, If your belly size is due to fat, then changing your diet should help. If your belly size is due to the way you are built, then it's genetics, or it's your hernia. That's a little harder to fix. Get your doctors approval before bodybuilding with a hernia, any excess pressure from weight lifting, might increase the hernia. If the increased belly size is due to fat, then cut out sugar in the tea, cut out junk food, and pasta foods till you lose the weight. Whole fruits are ok as are vegetables, lean meats, chicken, fish, low fat dairy, whole grain bread, and healthy fats like those in salad oils. Smaller lighter meals eaten more frequently are better than larger heavier meals eaten once or twice a day. Yogurt and milk are OK foods just choose the low fat versions, Potatoes are OK too, just eat them in moderation. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com

QUESTION: thanks for informative details.
can u give me alternatives for sugar?
do sweat fruits add my fat/belly?
does water increase my weight?
AnswerDear Mehdi, There are artificial sweeteners on the market as a replacement for sugar. Nutra-Sweet is one, as is the brand Equal.
Fruits contain calories, so when overeaten, the body will have to store them as fat. Two or three fruits per day is considered healthy. Water does have weight to it, just pick up a gallon of water. When you drink water, yes the water weight will be there, but the weight is temporary. The body will eventually excrete the water, mostly as urine. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
