My age is 25 and weight is about 75 KG.My problem is that my chest look like woman chest actualy if I wear tight t-shirt my boobs look 13 year girl that is my problem.My health is very well no pain or no disability.
Please what diet or excercise to get good body shape please.My job is office sit tight on chair and operate computer. THREE DAYS AGO A TEASED MY FOR MY BOOBS THAT REALLY HURTS ME.Please guide me the right way.I know it will take one year or more to get fit but I will.

This really is a simple case of eating good quality protein from lean fish/meat/chicken and fresh veg and fruit. You should have at least 6-8 glasses of water through the day and become more active after work.
