QuestionHi Phil,
I want to loose weight by 5 Kgs and want my skin to be fair,young and glowing. To achieve this goal, I eat tomato and cucumber salad on the daily basis, Drink 2 litres of water daily and do 30 mins brisk walking daily. Phil will these things help me? People say salad has fibre that helps in loosing weight and glowing skin. Please suggest.

What else are you eating?? That cant be it if so your shorting yourself a LOT from not only reaching your goals but simply being healthy. A lot of the skin health will have to due with proper fat intake. You also need a well balanced diet based in Real protein sources, lots of fruit anmd veggies.
Fiber is great, and to many people dont get enough. If you simply be sure to eat enough green veggies and fruit a day you will get that. As is the water keep it up, that much or more.
Walking will help as well, but you need to step out of your comfort zone to make real progress. Its doesn't have to be CRAZY hard but has to be more then you used to, and slowly ramp things up. Go a little faster, a little bit further, add a little bit of weight, or do exercises you never do start slow and make progress.
Something is MUCH better then nothing keep slowly taking baby steps and making permanent life changes.
