I have started using a rowing machine at homw for 45 mins a day but not losing weight.I weigh 9stone 7 but want to get to 8.7.I have had a total thyroidectomy so am now on thyroid replacemnet tabs.I am told that i am on the right level of meds.I suppose the weight i wantr to get to is not as important as the inches i want to lose,i need to lose at least 4 inches off my waist.How many calories a day should i consume to lose inches,as i dont have a clue.I walk a lot and exercise dont know how to claculate how many calories i need at rest i need 1326.
