Overweight but not fat

Question
I am 25 years old, 5'7", 190 lbs, and considered overweight.  If you were to look at me, you wouldn't believe it.  I look, in my opinion, average.  I definitely look better then a lot of other people out there.  I do have a small pudge that I admit I need to loose, but according to my BMI, I need to be a max of 159 lbs to be normal.  For the last six years, my weight would average out at maybe 180lbs.  That is me, having a common diet, doing a light workout regularly, and staying as active as possible.  I would say the best shape I've ever been in would've been last winter, and I weighted 173.  That is me taking hydroxycut, dieting, counting calories, doing hardcore workouts (focusing a cardio, not building mass) 5 times a week, and still staying active.  In doing all that, I still had my pudge.  The least that I've weighted in the last 6 years is 168, and that is me running three times a day, not really doing any other exercises, and dieting.  You see, I am in the Army, and I have to meet a certain weight requirement (max 169, or 21 % body fat).  It is extremely disheartening when I feel like I'm busting my bum everyday to stay in shape, but if I quit for a week then I lose everything.  I hate running, but I have to in order to stay in shape.  Not to mention running is a part of my Physical Fitness test.  I'm sorry if I am rambling on.  I guess I am just looking for some advice for someone who is not a health nut, likes to not worry about what he's eating all the time, and hates running, but likes to work out, but doesn't have that much time.  Any advice?

Answer
Hello Ernest!

Thank you for your nutrition question. I have a couple of different weight loss progams that you help you reach your weight loss goals

The first is called "Bioslim" which is a fiber drink that you take before lunch and dinner. It helps you absorb less fat and sugar.

The other is a program called "Take Shape for Life" which is meal replacements that come right to your door. Let me know if you are interested! Both programs have helped people reach their weight loss goals. They can be purchased at my website www.planetyorgos.com

Let me know if you have more questions by contacting me at 734 578 6093.
