Could you please tell me the minimum daily requirement of Vitamin B-6 and the minimum daily requirement of Vitamin B-12, and which vitamin is better for brain health? Thank you very much. Murray West

Healthy people 18 years and older require 4-6 mcg of Vitamin B12 and 2-2.5 mg of Vitqmin B6 a day. However, for learning-enhqncing effects, the dozes are higher: Vitamin B6 100 mg and Vitamin B12 500 mcg.
