QuestionHello sir . My name is sherry n im from india. im looking
for a good musclebuilding supplement . one of my friend
suggested that i should go for DHEA tablets and whey
protein together for abt 2 months , but while researching
on internet i found that combination of creatine and whey
is also very good. So im kinda confuse .if therz any other
better supplement plz suggest. im 22 years of age weighing
145lbs . i've taken creatine once before (abt a year ago).

Supplements huh? #1 Food your #1 tool to a great physique is going to be food to gain muscle, lose fat boost performance etc.. I would go with a good protein powder yes and its more just easy food then a supplement. Next I wouldn't go with DHEA unless you have areal medical need, yes its over the counter but it is a hormone and in most everything I have sen largely ineffective at giving any muscular gain and the side effects can be much greater then the benefit.
Id go with he creatine Its the only real proven legal supplement her is and actually there are a good deal of studies now showing its health benefit above and beyond that of a muscular or performance level. Get cheap regular old creatine monohydrate and take 5 grams a day and I would take it LONG term as long as you have no existing health problems its safe. Even to take for years. Same with a high level of protein in the diet.
Other things you might research and try AFTER you nail a solid diet and training are some amino acids like Beta-alanine, Lucien, and Carnitine ( in the tartrate form)
