QuestionHello: I was wondering if there is an online service that would rate my diet as to healthfulness. My diet is quite monotonous, but I try to select healthy items.I am tired all the time, and am wondering if it could be related to what I eat.I get regular check-ups,and my GP doesn't have any suggestions.
Thanks!
AnswerThats a tough one as "healthfulness" is very subjective. You can go to sites like Fitday.com and punch the info in and it will give a read out and its free. One great software thats not to pricey to get if you get that has some awesome functions and will tally all your vitamin and nutrient data etc is Nutribase. You might look into that.
Hows your hydration?? Many people are dehydrated and that can Kill energy?
Fat intake?? are you shorting it a lot??
Total intake, you could be restricting to much which could really down ramp energy. Ive worked with a lot of people we actually up their intake and they lose fat / weight and get more energy,. Their body had slowed down due to inadequate fuel. This happens more so in active health wise people.
