QuestionThe fact is, ive been unhappy for a 2years. I turned 35, and natuarally... your 'stuff' heads south. I used to be able to control it in the past. The reality is... ive gotten VERY lazy and have aquired a poor diet. Not only a poor diet, but ridulous portions of the bad stuff. I am making a MAJOR change and want to fix the mess Ive made of my body... I know well enuf of the foods to eat and reduce the amount. But I want to start exercising again. I collect ALL my weight in my mid section. Whats the best way to start out? Obviously cardio, but what do I do I do to ease into working on my core?
