QuestionHi there,
I am 18 years old (going on 19) and have had a bad start to my dieting life!! I weigh about 48kg.
I have been eating a diet of approx. 800 calories and am now tired of it. I would still like to loose weight but not deprive myslef. I have started eating 1200 calories a day, but i have a problem when snacking as i am not sure what to eat, I always feel they have too much fat or carbs. Please can you advise me!!
AnswerFatima,
I think you should try a diet plan that doesn't require counting at all. By the way, this plan costs you nothing, it's very successful since 2002, and it includes body fat percent measurement. I'm mentioning this because 48 kg doesn't look to me excess weight and , the 800 Cal. a day you've tried, is a very low calorie diet that should be done under supervision. Even 1200 Cal. a day can cause sluggish metabolism.
So, give it a try:
