AnswerZack, I have seen studies that show it doesn't matter when you eat but I have also read that if you eat within 4 hours before bedtime, you impair your sleep which can affect your aility to lose weight. My question is - you are 14 - are you overweight? 1200 calories is low - I am concerned about someone your age restricting calories. Make sure you are getting at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables/day,3 servings of lowfat dairy and plenty of activity. Let me know if you have any more questions.
