Questionhi im a 20 year old female who would love 2 lose weight im 5ft 11inches and weigh 16 stone which i am horrified by. i would love 2 lose weight and tone up but i dont no what i can and cant eat. ive cut out all bad stuff and just eat chicken,turkey or fish and a couple of oranges aday. ive joined a gym and go 3 times a week i spend to hours in the gym then an hour swimming will this work plz help me x

Firstly, well done on taking steps yourself and not waiting for someone to do it for you.
Now,eating just some good food and cutting out everything else will NOT give you long term results. The secret is to have a balance of everything thats good for you on a daily basis.
That means eating every 2-3 hours, small portions of lean meats, fresh veg, and good fats like olive oil,nuts, seeds, whole grains.
Add to that 6-8 glasses of water and snack on fruit or nuts and you practically there!
Remember, that the more exercise you do, the more good nutrition your body needs to burn the fat. Cut that down and your fat burning decreases.
It is all about eating enough of the energy foods that I have listed above. There is enough choice in lean meats, veg and grains to keep you happy!
