QuestionI am a 20 year old girl. 5.7 ft tall and weight of 60 kgs.
My vital stats are 36-29-32. I'd like to know whether I
am overweight or out of shape. I have an armpit flab
that doesn't let me wear sleeveless and it's also
visible when I wear any fitting clothes. I am forces to
wear loose clothes to conceal it. Do I need to do
dumbbells? I tried a yoga exercise for this, though I've
not been able to do it regularly. Do tell me how to get
rid of this. I had jaundice recently and I have stuck on
to the diet since then. I have healthy eating habits.

Your weight is ideal. However, if you would like to lose that flab, try to lose 5 more pounds or about 2.5 kg.
The most efficient exercise for that part of the body is swimming. Dumbbels might help but you will see results quicker if you swim 2-3 times/week. Yoga is great for flexibility but not for shaping your body.
