Questioni havent eaten very well the last couple of days...i want to clean out my system.
my biggest question is whether a 3 day water diet would slow down my metabolism? i plan on eating regularly after these 3 days...i just want to make up for all the excess calories i ate the past couple of days....
also...i usually exercise 3 days weight training and 2 days cardio...should i continue this while on the 3 day diet or pick it up again after?

I'm sorry, but this probably isn't the answer you want to hear.
Personally I'm not at all enamoured with a 3 day water or any of these other cleansing diet. I've written about this at: http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/21-day-cleanse.html Why not just start eating regularly and sensibly now?
Otherwise you'll do what I spent years doing.... going from stuffing to starving, losing and gaining. But always returning to my old eating habits which meant that there was always reason to go on yet another cleansing or detoxing regime. So I'd be 'good' for a few days, but inevitably I'd soon be eating too many calories again or the wrong kind of calories. That's no way to go through life.
What you need is a clean out of your MIND - http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/mental-diet.html because when you start changing the way you think about food, you won't find yourself over-eating and then feeling a need to cleanse. Your body doesn't like over-eating interspersed by cleansing... it does much better with consistent feeding and exercising. And yes, water diets absolutely will slow down your metabolism.
Kind regards
