QuestionHi, i searched nutrition to ask a question because there were no experts in men's health, and i know this is mainly a page for losing weight but i wanted to ask you a question about GAINING weight. I'm a 15 year old boy (I'm also Indian if that matters, because my doctor says Indian boys are naturally skinny as children). I weigh 108 pounds and am 5' 11" so it really shows up. I need to know what foods i can eat to really help me gain weigh steadily and possibly build up some muscle. i am cardiovascular healthy because i run track and march a 35 pound tuba in the marching band at my school but i really want some more upper body strength (i can only bench maybe 45 pounds). I am open to weight gain/ protein supplements that i see on other sites because at this point I'm willing to try anything (except steroids obviously). Thankyou
AnswerJared,
Good question. It's impossible to answer in a couple of words, you might want to invest time in learning the basics.
