What to eat on day off

Hello Phil I go to the gym about 5 times a week and follow a good diet plan where i eat every 2-3 hours and no fat except for the good type!! I was just wondering if you are to follow this same diet when you have a day off from the gym i.e to eat protein bars or shakes when im not working out!! My aim is to basically get my body fat % down and trim up for the summer! Your help would be much appreciated

Yes. For the most part I would follow a consistent eating plan off and on days. Only exception maybe an extra shake with carbs peri workout (pre and post workout)

Remember you are healing and recovering 0ut of the gym, not in it

The only bad fat is trans fat
