The basics for good health and increasing muscle is a combination of eating, drinking and exercising correctly and diligently
Eating: always have good protein with each meal- from meat/fish/poultry/eggs/soy
Snacks like nuts/fruit/whole grains
Plenty of fresh veg
Drinking: water!!! 6-8 glasses a day, throughout the day
Exercise: a weights programme- see a local personal trainer or join a gym.
The protein is very important and you should aim to eat 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight each day.
Your skin is probably an indication of your overall health and will improve as your health improves.
Avoid coffee/tea, fizzy drinks, sugary foods, cows milk and refined wheat products.
