QuestionHey I have a few questions. 1) Is there any way for me to figure out how many pounds of body fat I have to lose? 2) What are a few things I can tell myself to keep from giving up? I am sure you can understand that one. 3) I work late so usually I am asleep or at work when the sun is up. That said, can you recommend any indoor exercises that will be effective in me losing body fat? 4) I have worked out a good diet, but what is the least amount of daily calorie intake you would recommend for safe weight loss? Anything else you want to add, feel free. Thanks.
AnswerLee, I address all of these questions in depth on my web site, but in a nutshell:
1. This is really up to you. At what weight do you FEEL good and LOOK good? That's the perfect goal weight for you.
2. Just do the best you can EVERY DAY. Don't worry about tomorrow. Don't worry about that piece of pizza you had last night. Do what's best right now.
3. I love running at night in the summer, but indoor anything is possible. Lift some weights. Jump rope. Get a treadmill.
4. That depends on your current height, weight, and age. See my web site for all kinds of charts.
