But i began working out and running alot and dropeed to 165 pounds in the summer. Now I gain 9 pounds. I go to gym 2-3 times a week running 35 minutes on treadmill, and no matter how much weight I lose my stomach is still there. I did crunches and everything. Now its winter in NYC and Im more lazy, I dont cut on bread like I did in the summer, O ised to even couint calorire and only ate sakads al thought stomach never went away, is there a way to lose the belly and is running alot the key?? Some say I should workout with heavy weights. like chest and shoulders, it will make stomach go away? thanks
AnswerWho ever told you to lift was 100% correct. You need to build some muscle to help boost your metabolism and give your body the push it needs to be the way you want it to be. Concentrate on your whole body though, not just your upper body- you want balanced muscle development- that means working your legs and back too, not just the muscles you see in the mirror!
hope this helps.
