QuestionQUESTION: I'm 21 years old, 5'9" and weight around 150-160 lbs. I would say I have a regular diet. I eat a lot and I eat whatever I feel like eating whenever I want to, but I feel like I am not getting some vitamins as much as I should be getting. I eat lots of proteins and vegetables as well; not alot of fruits though. So I was wondering if I could take some supplemental vitamins to compensate for the vitamins and minerals that I am not getting enough of. Of course I don't plan on making a habit of taking these supplemental vitamins, just from time to time.
If so what would be some good supplemental vitamins I could take? I only know of centrum.
ANSWER: Kev-
I would just get a simple multi vitamin. Take that every day just to cover the bases of anything you dont get from an already solid diet.

QUESTION: Thanks, that helps a lot. Would you recommend any brand? I have little to no knowledge about these supplements.
AnswerIf you have the expendable income go with something reputable like LEF (life Extensions Foundation) I Honestly just get the usual one day for myself as my diet is pretty darn good and Im just trying to use it as a supplement to a solid diet. A vitamin you take multiple times a day is usually a better choice however due to quality and as well getting the vitamins in smaller doses multiple times a day.
