QuestionHello,
I m Sanvi, i m 21 year old n my height is 5"3 and weight is 52kg. I m not doing any exercise ,basically i m a lazy person. Recently i started to eat more fruits n vegs so i want to ask u that which type of juice n veg i have to take n in how much quantity? I also wanna know that can i take veg juices at early night?
AnswerJuice in my opinion is JUNK. It is fruit minus most of the good stuff, (fiber) you might as well drink a soda and take a multi-vitamin. I would urge you to instead eat real fruit and real vegetables. The only time I would have someone drink Juice would be if they were in need of the calories due to training hard and needing the intake to keep or put on weight.
