QUESTION: thanx for that, my hair dresser (honestly) keeps pestering me about juice plus. I have talked to my doctor about it and he said it not a god product and i have done research on it and i have found claims not supporting it. is there anything else i could take? is that sunrype juice plus veggies good?
AnswerDear Ashley,
Your hairdressor is right to recommend that product because she has probably seen some excellent results from clients. Fruit Plus Veggies delivers 2 servings of fruit and veggies per 250 ml serving, plus it's an excellent source of Vitamins A & C so it would be a good product to help you fulfill your nutrition needs. Another good product would be the V8 juice. If you have problems with it's taste, I would recommend that you dilute it with water until you get the right consistency. Hope this helps.
