AnswerDepends how much are you looking to gain? if you want / need to gain a good amount of weight and currently are having trouble go with the higher fat versions as they pack more punch calorie wise. If your not looking to put on as much then go with a lower fat variety.
I personally most times of the year use 2%. It taste good, and has a nice bit of the good fats I want.
