Questioni am male, 18, 6ft, 145lbs, athletic. i broke my kneecap last easter and have not done much of any kind of sport or exercise besides P.T. for my knee. i would like to start doing sports and working out this spring and would like to gain some weight and mucsle. My question is what kind of protein shakes would you reccomend, if any that i use to help with this process. thank you for your time

aside form just real food, if you need to supplement to get your protein I would just get a simple protein like ON or american whey like seen below. The biggest thing will be just LOTS of good old fashioned food.
