QuestionHello, I want to put some muscle on and lose fat because I want a six pack. I take maximuscle cyclone and I do 15 mins of cardio and about 100 crunches everyday.I feel if i do too much cardio i will lose the muscle.I weigh bout 11 stone 9 lbs. I do weight training bout 4 times a week as well. Am I doing this right to build muscle and lose fat?

Lose the supplements, lose the crunches, start areal resistance training program based in BIG moves that will build the core muscles you want to you can see them Squat, deadlift, press over head and bench, Chin/pull ups, power cleans etc. and eat some real food.
you have to have muscle build muscle to see it. That takes TIME, years losing fat takes weeks
