QuestionI'm 12 years old. weigh at 125 pounds. I'm starting to diet because I am fat. No way to tell me I'm not. I bulg at my tummy and theighs. I'm 5'2 I have some questions that I really need to know.
1. How much should i weigh?
2. Is it okay to eat 1000 calories per day (+ excercise and jogging)
3.Will I lose weight if I eat only 1000 calories?
I've just started dieting today and I'm drinking lots of water (I've already drank 16FL Oz of water.)
AnswerJust focus on eating HEALTHY foods. 1000 calories is fine, but if you find yourself getting hungry, you can add more in.
